FAQ

  • All limited edition giclée prints are printed and packed by The Print Space. They are carefully wrapped in archival glassine paper and bubble wrap for impact and moisture protection, then loosely rolled in a heavy-duty postal tube. Framing is sold separately.

    For framed prints, The Print Space supplies and frames your artwork, securely packing it with protective corner guards, bubble wrap, and a sturdy outer box to ensure safe delivery.

    Original paintings are sent flat, fully padded with foam boards, bubble wrap, and corner protectors, and securely supported in a heavy-duty double-wall box with waterproof seal tape to ensure safe delivery.

  • Allow 3-6 days for the processing of your order. Shipping typically takes 2-15 days worldwide. You’ll receive tracking information so you can stay up-to-date on the expected arrival of your order.

    For pre-sale artwork, delivery will occur 3-10 days after the release date.


  • Tracked shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, available worldwide for prints. Prints can be shipped worldwide. Shipping for original paintings will also be calculated at checkout. Due to current regulations, I’m unable to ship original paintings to the EU, but I’m working on resolving this. If your location isn’t showing up, please email me, and I’ll provide the shipping cost for orders outside the UK.

    For orders to the USA, please note that additional tariffs or duties may apply due to recent import regulations. For all orders outside the UK, you will be responsible for any local taxes or duties.

  • We strive to deliver a product that you’ll love. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible. As all prints are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
